I set up Abshot Osteopathy and Injury Management Centre as my own practice after working as an Associate Osteopath at Stubbington Natural Health and as the Men’s 1st X1 Team Osteopath at Fareham Hockey Club. Since then I have married and moved to Dorset where I have set up sister clinic, H B Osteopathy, Weymouth. I do call in from time to time and will cover clinics if anyone is poorly but I leave you in the very capable hands of Janine and the rest of the Abshot Team.

Janine’s interest in osteopathy sparked after she received treatment, following a career as a national-level gymnast. Janine graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy in 2017.

Megan trained at Swansea University and has a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy. She describes herself as an outgoing extrovert who loves working with and helping people. What Megan likes most about Osteopathy is its patient-centred approach and aims to ensure patients leave her treatments with a better understanding of their injury or condition.

Alex is a qualified Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist currently studying Physiotherapy at the University of Chichester. She works with patients presenting with musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction, lymphoedema and lipoedema and clients recovering from surgery. Her training and qualifications combine sports massage, advanced lymphoedema management, post-operative MLD, electrotherapy (Laser and therapeutic ultrasound and complementary therapies.
