Sports massage aims to prevent and heal injuries to the muscles and tendons. It is a form of massage which utilises specific techniques and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain.
However, it is not just athletes that benefit from a sports massage. Sports massage is also good for anyone with an injury, restricted movement or chronic pain.
